Selected candidates will be appointed at Junior Management Grade Scale I with a starting basic pay of ₹48,480. The pay scale progression is ₹48,480 – 2000 per year for 7 years to ₹62,480, then ₹2,340 for 2 years to ₹67,160, and ₹2,680 for 7 years up to ₹85,920. In addition to basic pay, officers receive DA, HRA or lease accommodation, CCA, medical benefits, pension under NPS, leave travel concessions, and other applicable allowances.
